Order
My voucher code doesn't work?
Discount campaigns:
Get a product for free:
On special occasions we have discount campaigns where you get a free product when you enter a voucher code. It is important that you also put the product that you will receive for free in your shopping cart (!) and then enter the voucher code on the last page of the checkout. Otherwise you will not receive the product for free.
Furthermore, there is often a minimum order value for these promotions. Please make sure you have reached the minimum order value without the free product to receive the discount.
How do I find the right product for my skin type?
We have developed a skin type test and skin advice for you to help you find the right Viva Maia products.
If you don't know what skin type you have, do the skin type test now.
You want to learn more about the application and active ingredients of our products, or have a specific delivery, then we recommend our skin consultation
I think I received the wrong product?
You are not sure if you have received the right product. How to find out:
You can find the correct product name on the packaging. You can be sure that the product name on the packaging matches the product that is included, even if the color differs from that on the website.
Our cleaning bars are natural products. The color of the bar may vary depending on the batch. Our Bugambilia cleaning results in different colors depending on the flower harvest.
Shipment
When will my order arrive?
Our products are all fresh from Mexico! The transport is climate-neutral.
Our delivery times therefore currently vary depending on the product.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. This also contains a tracking code that you can use to track the delivery of your package.
Where is my order
We will always inform you by email about the status of your order.

Please note that you will only receive a tracking link via email when your product is shipped to you from Germany
Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?
🇨🇭 If you order from Switzerland you don't have to pay any customs fees. We take care of customs clearance and then hand over the shipment to Swiss Post. Don't be surprised, your tracking link will only appear once the goods have cleared customs. This can take up to 7 days.
🇪🇺 If you order from the EU, you don't have to pay any customs fees. We ship to our customers from our warehouse in Germany and not from Mexico.
🌍 If you order from another region, that can be. We ship from the EU. We recommend that you inform yourself in advance about possible customs fees and the current duty-free allowance in Switzerland.
⚠️ If you receive a customs notification, please check whether it is really a Viva Maia order and contact us if you have any further questions.
To which countries does Viva Maia deliver?
We currently deliver to all EU countries 🇪🇺 and Switzerland 🇨🇭.
What can I do if my package has not arrived within the specified time window?
Please use the shipment tracking to check whether your address is correct, whether the package is still being delivered or whether it has been handed over to a neighbor.
If the address is correct, it's not at a neighbor's and the shipping status hasn't updated for 5 days, please contact us at hello@vivamaia.com.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
Normally, the shipping address cannot be changed afterwards.
Of course you can send us an email to hello@vivamaia.com and we'll see what we can do.
When will my order be free of shipping costs?
Orders in Germany are free of shipping costs from a purchase value of 40 euros.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping in the EU at the moment.
Where can I see the current delivery times for my product?
Our products come fresh from Mexico. On our delivery times page you can find the delivery times by product category.
Important: there are NO customs fees for you.
As soon as the product is shipped to you from Germany, you will receive an email with a tracking link
Returns
I have received damaged goods. What can I do?
We are very sorry that you received damaged goods. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. Please write to us at hello@vivamaia.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
Can I return my products?
If you want to return your product after receiving it, you can complain within 28 days.
ℹ️ Please take into account that the products must be returned unopened! Opened, used products are excluded from revocation and will not be reimbursed.
🇩🇪 The shipping costs for the return are calculated at 4.99 euros.
🇪🇺 For all other European countries, the corresponding shipping costs apply.
Other costs may apply.The processing time of Returns can take 1 to 2 weeks.

I received a damaged product, what can I do?
If you have received damaged or faulty products, please contact us within 28 days with your order number and photos of the products.
Sustainability
How sustainable is the manufacturing and shipping process?
Our products are based on nature and protecting it is very important to us. We are extremely careful when manufacturing the products. We grow most of the ingredients ourselves in Mexico in a sustainable way. We source the rest of the ingredients from organic sources near our workshop.
Our complete shipping from our workshop, through sea transport to your home is 100% climate neutral.
Is your packaging material sustainable?
We strive to develop all of our products in a solid form whenever possible. These are packed in recycled cardboard and without plastic.
All our liquid products are filled in glass instead of plastic packaging. The use of plastic is avoided as far as possible.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test our products on animals. Our products are subject to high quality standards and are based on 100% natural sources. They are vegan, climate-friendly and free from synthetic additives such as parabens, silicones or fragrances.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products are suitable for vegans, with the exception of the Nourishing Antioxidant Bar - Guayaba & Maiz, which contains honey.
