Social Media Manager
Customer Success
Wir suchen eine motivierten und kundenorientierten Customer Success Agent (m/f/d) , der unser Team bei Viva Maia unterstützt. In dieser Rolle wirst du eng mit unseren Kunden und unseren Gründern zusammenarbeiten und dafür sorgen, dass sie eine herausragende Erfahrung mit unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen haben. Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenbetreuung mitzuwirken.
Voraussetzungen
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Bereich
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und proaktiv darauf zu reagieren
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen oder ähnlichen Tools zur Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

- Unterstützung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei Fragen und Anliegen rund um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen
- Proaktive Identifizierung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales-Team
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung unserer Kundensupport-Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenbetreuung und Integration von Kundenfeedback in unsere Entscheidungen

Content Marketing Manager 🎥
What You'll Contribute to Viva Maia
As a Content Marketing Manager at Viva Maia, you will take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our company's broader marketing and business goals. Collaboration with our Founder Verena and our Performance Marketing team, upholding our brand's consistency are central to this role. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving organic traffic, engaging our audience, contributing to performance marketing efficiency and the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with our Agency Creators Club and marketing stakeholders to develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with our company's objectives
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including social media activities, performance ads, newsletter campaings, blog posts and more.
- Content Calendar: Manage an editorial calendar to ensure the consistent and timely release of content.
- Audience Research: Collaborate with our Customer Service, conduct research to gain insights into our target audience's needs and pain points, enabling tailored content creation and give feedback for the product development
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics to track the performance of your activities. Analyze data, and optimize content and strategy to meet KPIs and ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with one of our founders and with cross-functional teams, based in Mexico and Germany
- Brand Consistency: Uphold our brand voice and style guidelines across all content and marketing materials.
- Content Promotion: Collaborate with performance mangers to devise strategies for promoting content through paid advertising, email marketing, and partnerships

About You
- Over 5 years of content marketing experience, demonstrating a successful track record in developing and implementing content strategies
- Strong analytics skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including the capability to create and manage content calendars and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Creativity and the ability to generate content ideas that resonate with our audiences
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media management tools
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
