Plant-based Glycerin

Glycerin is one of the best-researched humectants in skincare, and it does quiet, essential work. It attracts water and binds it in the upper layers of the skin, where it also occurs naturally as part of the skin's own moisturising factor. So it does not only add hydration; it helps your skin hold on to the water it already has, which supports a comfortable skin barrier. Glycerin also improves how a formulation feels and how evenly other ingredients spread and absorb, which is why you will find it near the top of most of our INCI lists. Ours is plant-derived, 100% natural and vegan, with a very low sensitisation risk, so it suits every skin type, including sensitive skin.
