How do you prove your sustainable actions?

We are currently in the process of obtaining all the necessary European logos and certifications to formally validate our commitment to sustainability. This is a bureaucratic effort that requires time, especially considering the coordination between countries like Mexico and Europe.

Our unique ingredients are planet-friendly

Our journey toward sustainable products begins with the meticulous selection of local ingredients. We prioritise those cultivated in harmony with nature and under fair conditions for all involved. A significant portion of our ingredients thrives in arid regions, requiring no external water but enhancing the maintenance of vital land. These ingredients play a crucial role in our pursuit of sustainability and in crafting effective skincare formulations.

Our packaging & supply chain

For our packaging we prioritise recycled materials. Our shipping boxes come from sustainable sources, and our unique Viva Maia boxes use natural black ink, reflecting our commitment to our planet.

Our supply chain is carbon-neutral. From production to delivery, we ensure zero net carbon emissions. We do this first by avoiding emissions as much as possible and then by offsetting the emmissions we can't avoid.
