How to use

Oil Cleanse - Removing Balm

Massage in slow, upward motions. Around the eye area, remove makeup gently without rubbing. In the morning, focus on massaging around the nose to lift excess oil.

Daily Cleanse (AM/PM)

Use your basic cleanser every day to gently cleanse and keep skin balanced.

Exfoliating Cleanse

Use your exfoliating Cleansing Bar (step 1 + 2 – cleanse + exfoliate) 2–3 times per week instead of your other bar to smooth skin texture and help keep pores clear. if your skin feels sensitive, reduce the frequency.

Tone - Hydrating Toner

Use daily, morning and evening. Apply to your clean skin and gently massage in with your hands.

Treat - Regenerating Serum

Use daily, morning and evening. Apply on slightly damp skin. Gently massage into face and neck, and avoid touching your skin with the pipette.

Moisturise - Radiating Cream

Use daily in the evening as the final step of your routine, including around the eyes. If needed, use it in the morning as well. Apply to face and neck and gently massage in.

What is the Balance Routine designed for?

The Balance Routine is made to keep your skin steady and comfortable over time. It helps even out texture, manage excess oil, and support the skin as it deals with everyday stress, without pushing it too far in any direction. It works across normal, combination, oily, blemish-prone and dry skin, with the cleansing bars adjusted to suit your skin type.

How are the cleansing bars in the Balance Routine selected?

Each Balance Routine includes two cleansing bars. One is used daily, morning and evening, and the second is used a few times per week for more targeted support. Which bars you get depends on your skin type, not personal preference, so the routine stays balanced rather than overloaded.

How does the Balance Routine differ from other Viva Maia routines?

The Balance Routine is about consistency and flexibility rather than strong correction. Instead of aggressively treating one concern, it helps the skin stay calm, clear and resilient by supporting renewal at the right pace and protecting the skin barrier. It’s designed to adapt as your skin changes, rather than forcing it into a rigid routine.

Are the products in this bundle dermatologically tested?

Yes. All Viva Maia products are dermatologically tested.

Bundles that include the Regenerating Serum and Hydrating Toner contain products that have been independently tested by Dermatest. Both the Regenerating Serum and the Hydrating Toner received the dermatological rating “very good”.

The Regenerating Serum was tested in a clinical application study under dermatological supervision. No relevant skin reactions, irritations, or allergic responses (contact dermatitis) were observed.

The Hydrating Toner was tested in a controlled patch test on participants with sensitive skin and showed no irritative reactions.

When used as intended, the products are considered very well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If your skin is extremely reactive, we recommend introducing the products gradually and increasing frequency once your skin tolerates them well.
