I would like to return my Viva Maia products.

Voluntary 28 day return policy

We are extremely confident that you will be satisfied with our Viva Maia products. If you still decide to return the unused and unopened goods, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of a total of 28 days from receipt of the goods. Important: We only take back unused and unopened goods. The goods will be checked upon receipt. If it is already open, we unfortunately have to dispose of it according to EU cosmetics regulations and cannot reimburse you for the costs. Therefore, please do not return opened products as we cannot accept them.

IMPORTANT: We only accept unopened goods for returns.

Enter your order number (eg “#VM-12345”) and the email address you used when placing your order and tell us what you would like to return and why. Please note that you will only be redirected to register your return if you enter the data correctly. You will receive a response from us by email within 48 hours. We will send you the return slip by email as a PDF.

Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of €4.99 when refunding your return.

🇨🇭 Returns for orders from Switzerland

Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of CHF 9.99 when refunding your return.

🇦🇹 Returns for orders from Austria

Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of €9.99 when refunding your return.

🇳🇱 Returns for orders from the Netherlands

Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of €10.99 when refunding your return.

🇪🇺 Returns for orders from other EU countries

Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of €11.99 when refunding your return.

Processing time for your return

As a rule, we need a maximum of 30 working days (Mon-Fri) to process your return after receipt of the return.

Once processed, you will receive a notification with the refund. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used when ordering.

⚠️ Goods that are sent to our warehouse or to our business address without prior agreement will not be accepted.
