About Us

We are Viva Maia (https://www.vivamaia.com) – a dynamic company that carries the beauty of Mexican natural cosmetics to the world, with locations in Mexico City and Berlin. Our focus is not only on products but also on the power of social media to spread our message.

Our founder has managed to grow to 160k followers within a year and now wants to share her knowledge and show you how social media works. We work remotely and offer you the full flexibility you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, you are the engine driving our online presence. Your main task is to develop and implement an organized and creative strategy to strengthen our brand on these platforms. We are looking for someone who is not only willing to learn but also has the ambition to continually develop.

Requirements

You are well-organized and enjoy learning new things.
Experience with the mentioned social media platforms is a must.
You understand how social media works and are ready to deepen your knowledge.
Curious and committed to ensuring the best performance on all channels.
Willing to work with dedication and passion on the development of our online presence.
Willingness to work KPI-based to measure and achieve targeted results.

Requirements

You have mastered the craft of video editing and have an eye for fine details that make a difference.
With experience in video production and a feel for the language of social media, you are well-prepared.
Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut are not just programs to you, but tools with which you bring your vision to life.
Trends are your passion, and you are always one step ahead.
You are a team player with an inexhaustible reservoir of creativity and initiative.
