Senior Performance Marketing Manager

At Viva Maia, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who sees paid channels as one system – from creative testing and budget management to clean attribution. You combine numbers with a feel for skincare and buying behaviour, and make sure every euro of media budget contributes measurably to Viva Maia's growth.

Your responsibilities

You own our paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) for Germany and Europe: from strategy to execution.
You plan and manage the media budget and make sure ROAS, CAC and contribution margin are right.
You build a creative testing roadmap and work closely with Social Media and Influencer Marketing to use creator content in ads.
You develop tracking and attribution with us (Shopify, KLAR, Meta and Google tools), so that decisions rest on reliable data.
You analyse performance, turn insights into clear actions and report regularly to the founders.
You work with CRM and the website team to improve landing pages and conversion.
You stay on top of the industry and spot new formats, platform updates and AI tools early.

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing: ideally in D2C, beauty or lifestyle.
A proven track record of scaling paid social and paid search with significant budgets.
Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4 and Shopify; experience with attribution tools (e.g. KLAR).
Strong analytical thinking: you work with cohorts, contribution margins and incrementality, not just platform ROAS.
A feel for creatives: you know which hooks, formats and messages sell.
Knowledge of advertising rules for cosmetics (e.g. HWG, UWG) or the willingness to learn them quickly.
A structured, independent way of working in a remote team.
Fluent German and English, written and spoken (C1 or higher).

What we offer

Full-time, 40 hours per week (salary depending on experience).
Flexible working hours and 100% remote, from anywhere in the same or a similar time zone as Berlin (CET ±2 hours).
Paid holiday above the legal minimum, free Viva Maia products and a yearly team gathering; we cover the travel costs.
