Exfoliating Cleanse

Use your exfoliating Cleansing Bar (step 1 + 2 – cleanse + exfoliate) 2–3 times per week instead of your other bar to smooth skin texture and help keep pores clear. if your skin feels sensitive, reduce the frequency.

Tone - Hydrating Toner

Use daily, morning and evening. Apply to your clean skin and gently massage in with your hands.

Treat - Regenerating Serum

Use daily, morning and evening. Apply on slightly damp skin. Gently massage into face and neck, and avoid touching your skin with the pipette.

Moisturise - Radiating Cream

Use daily in the evening as the final step of your routine, including around the eyes. If needed, use it in the morning as well. Apply to face and neck and gently massage in.

What is the Harmony Routine?

The Harmony Routine is a simple, well-rounded routine that helps keep the skin clear, balanced and comfortable. It combines gentle but targeted cleansing with hydration and regeneration, so the skin stays even and healthy-looking without feeling overloaded.

Who is the Harmony Routine for?

The Harmony Routine works across many skin types, including blemish-prone, combination, oily, dry and normal skin. The main difference comes from the cleansing bars, which are selected to suit your skin, while the rest of the routine stays the same.

How do I use the Harmony Routine?

Cleanse your skin morning and evening with the appropriate bar. The targeted bar is only used on certain days, not daily. After cleansing, apply the toner, then a few drops of serum to slightly damp skin, and finish with a small amount of moisturiser.

Can I use the Harmony Routine with SPF and makeup?

Yes. The Harmony Routine fits easily into a routine that includes sunscreen and makeup. In the evening, if you have worn SPF or makeup, it helps to start with an oil cleanser before using your cleansing bar.

Are the products in this bundle dermatologically tested?

Yes. All Viva Maia products are dermatologically tested.

Bundles that include the Regenerating Serum and Hydrating Toner contain products that have been independently tested by Dermatest. Both the Regenerating Serum and the Hydrating Toner received the dermatological rating “very good”.

The Regenerating Serum was tested in a clinical application study under dermatological supervision. No relevant skin reactions, irritations, or allergic responses (contact dermatitis) were observed.

The Hydrating Toner was tested in a controlled patch test on participants with sensitive skin and showed no irritative reactions.

When used as intended, the products are considered very well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If your skin is extremely reactive, we recommend introducing the products gradually and increasing frequency once your skin tolerates them well.
