1. Cleanse

This active cleanse routine consists of 4 bars designed to match the 4 cyclical phases of women

Menstrual phase:
Morning Cleanse: Guayaba & Maiz
Evening: Use either the Guayaba & Maiz or the Purifying Bar - Nopal Negro if blemishes occur.

Follicular phase
Morning & evening Cleanse: Antioxidant Bar - Bugambilia & Jamaica

Ovulation phase
Morning Cleanse: Antioxidant Bar - Bugambilia & Jamaica
Evening Cleanse: Detoxing Bar - Agave & Chicalote

Luteal phase
Morning Cleanse: Detoxing Bar - Agave & Chicalote
Evening Cleanse: Purifying Bar - Nopal Negro, Detoxing Bar

2. Exfoliate

You should use the Purifying Bar - Nopal Negro to cleanse your pores 2-3 times a week, especially in the evening if blemishes occur.

If you don't have blemishes, you can skip this step.
