How to use - Intensive Mask Routine

AM / PM Cleanse

Use your Cleansing Bar (Step 1 – Cleanse) morning and evening: in the morning as your first step, and at night to remove sunscreen, makeup, and buildup. Start daily and adjust as needed. If your skin feels irritated or sensitive, pause for a few days, then restart less often.

Mask

Use 1–2x per week in the evening. Apply an even layer to clean skin (dry or slightly damp with toner), all over or on targeted areas, avoiding the eye area. Leave on max. 7–10 minutes, rinse off with lukewarm water (ideally with a warm towel), then cleanse once more with the Cleansing Bar.

Tone - Hydrating Toner

Use daily, morning and evening. Apply to your clean skin and gently massage in with your hands.

Treat - Regenerating Serum

Use daily, morning and evening. Apply on slightly damp skin. Gently massage into face and neck, and avoid touching your skin with the pipette.

What is the Intensive Mask Routine?

The Intensive Mask Routine is meant to give the skin a proper reset when it needs a bit more care. It combines gentle cleansing, a focused mask treatment and calming hydration to help smooth the skin, clear congestion or support ageing skin, and bring things back into balance.

Why does the routine start with the Calming Bar?

The Calming Bar cleanses the skin without stripping it. It helps soothe irritation and supports the skin barrier, which makes the skin more receptive to the mask, toner and serum that follow.

How often should I use the Intensive Mask Routine?

Use the Intensive Mask Routine two to three times per week in the evening. Cleansing and toner can stay part of your daily routine, but the mask should only be used on treatment days to avoid stressing the skin.

What is the difference between the Clarifying Mask Routine and the Anti-Aging Mask Routine?

The Clarifying Mask Routine is more about clearing pores, balancing oil and calming breakouts. The Anti-Aging Mask Routine focuses on supporting renewal, smoothing fine lines and improving elasticity. Both routines use the same gentle base steps, but the mask you choose determines the main focus.

Are the products in this bundle dermatologically tested?

Yes. All Viva Maia products are dermatologically tested.

Bundles that include the Regenerating Serum and Hydrating Toner contain products that have been independently tested by Dermatest. Both the Regenerating Serum and the Hydrating Toner received the dermatological rating “very good”.

The Regenerating Serum was tested in a clinical application study under dermatological supervision. No relevant skin reactions, irritations, or allergic responses (contact dermatitis) were observed.

The Hydrating Toner was tested in a controlled patch test on participants with sensitive skin and showed no irritative reactions.

When used as intended, the products are considered very well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If your skin is extremely reactive, we recommend introducing the products gradually and increasing frequency once your skin tolerates them well.
