Following her claims, we contacted Frau Beauty directly via social media and email and publicly responded to these accusations to clarify misunderstandings.

⚠️ Attention: Since July 2023, we have made no mention of Mrs. Beauty and therefore do not understand why she is attacking us again. Frau Beauty has also never contacted us.
Our New Statement
In light of recent developments, we, Viva Maia, wish to express a clear position regarding the statements and actions of Mrs. Beauty. Our brand focuses on providing high-quality natural cosmetics from Mexico and places great emphasis on transparency and honesty in our interactions with our customers and the public.
It is with regret that we note false factual claims about our interactions with Mrs. Beauty are being spread on social media. We have never claimed in any of our communications that Mrs. Beauty recommended our product. Our mentions were solely regarding her review of our product, which occurred without prior knowledge or involvement of our team.
It is important to emphasize that the use and influence of social media carry significant responsibility. The dissemination of inaccurate information can have substantial effects on young companies. Therefore, it is our concern to point out the importance of factual accuracy and to underline the importance of responsible handling of public statements.
We hope for a swift resolution of this matter and remain open to dialogue to clarify the existing misunderstandings.
