  2. Use products with natural ingredients such as aloe vera, shea butter, coconut oil and other plant based fats to prevent dryness
  3. Avoid cleaning and conditioning products with parabens, phthalates and sulfates Use preservative-free, fresh and natural products
  4. Avoid excessive scrubbing and hot water as it can dry out your already sensitive skin
