Routine for a balanced complexion

Cleansing for blemished skin

Did you know?

Blemished skin affects both teenagers and adults. It occurs when clogged pores meet excess sebum production, which can lead to blackheads, pimples, and acne. Impure skin is often accompanied by shiny areas, redness and inflammation. A mild cleansing routine removes calluses and clears the pores.

Balance your skin

In order to clean impure skin effectively and gently, you should use natural, plant based fatty acids. They are similar to human sebum and thus balance sebum production. It is also important for blemished skin to remove cornifications so that fewer pimples and blackheads form.

Three basic needs

  1. Prevent blackheads and pimples in the evening: T-zone blemishes are caused by excess oil, dirt and dead skin cells. Our Nopal Negro cleansing gently cleanses, loosens dead skin cells and reduces inflammation. Suitable for evening cleansing.
  2. Clean and protect in the morning: In the morning (Agave & Chicalote) you should cleanse your skin gently and in a balancing way to prepare it for the day and to free the toxins, oil, etc. that have been eliminated overnight.
  3. Loosen dead skin cells and refine pores: oily skin regularly tends to become inflamed and calloused. The pores of the oily T-zone clog particularly easily. Our highly concentrated Tepezcohuite scrub, rich in tannins, it cleans pores and heals the top layer of skin for an even complexion.

Impure skin is not always the same

The needs of blemished skin are not always the same. Stress, diet and hormones affect our skin and can affect your skin type. It is therefore important to observe the needs of your skin and to react accordingly with your cleansing and skin care. Use the cleansing bars in such a way that they achieve the best possible result for your skin. If you want to know more, subscribe to our newsletter.
