How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email. Additionally, you will be notified by email when your package is on its way and once it has been delivered. With your tracking link, you can also adjust the delivery location and date.
Why does it take so longer for products to arrive?
We source and produce all Viva Maia products in Mexico and ship them to Germany using lower-emission transport methods. This approach may take more time, but it reflects our commitment to 100% natural quality and sustainability.
